On behalf of our Client, a global Shared Service Center, we are seeking Candidates for the position of Recruitment Administrator with French or German to join its team in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for creating job requisitions in Taleo system, administrating talent pools, supporting managers in organization of assessment days, maintaining good relations with candidates, supporting on-boarding process and preparing offer letters for new employees. Additionally, Recruitment Administrator
will cooperate with other departments and seek opportunities for improvements in recruitment area.
We are looking for candidates with 2 years of experience in recruitment administration, preferably in SSC environment. Very good knowledge of English and Taleo system is required. Knowledge of French or German language will be an additional asset. The ideal candidate should have a very good communicational and organizational skills.
