Description
The life of a recruitment consultant is fast-paced and requires many different skills. One day you could be pitching to a client, the next you may be interviewing candidates for a job. You will learn business development, professional customer service, revenue generation, and much more.
- Performing an advisory function in specifying recruitment needs
- Implementation of the offer of recruitment services at the level of offering and ordering from the customer by telephone until the workforce (including interviewing, providing feedback, providing references, negotiating the performance of the contract to select candidates)
- Active recruitment of candidates for help in the database, advertising campaigns, networking, and searching for activities in social media
- Risk management in the execution of the recruitment project (e.g. counter-offer, participation in other processes)
- Building excellent relationships with candidates and clients
- Offering consultative CV and interview advice to candidates
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Profile
- Experience in a similar position in a recruitment company or experience in selling products and services aimed at business clients (e.g. financial products, IT solutions, consulting services)
- At least 1 year of experience in a shared services structure
- Knowledge of English on at least B2 level;
- University degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Initiative, creativity, focus on achieving the set goals
- The ability to effectively manage time and set priorities
