For our Client, an international company from consumer goods industry we are looking for a Recruiter fluent in both French and English.
Responsibilities:
Delivering recruitment processes within the organization
Performing a high-quality talent acquisition process, from briefing with hiring managers, through managing job ads, candidates’ search and selection, up to performing reference checks and preparing job offers to candidates, etc.)
Partnering with business managers and HR stakeholders
Ensuring a superb candidate experience during all stages of talent acquisition process
Delivering excellent HR Services to business and all stakeholders
Following the company policies, guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
1 year + of professional experience in a similar role within an international company
Experience with recruitment tools (knowledge of Workday is an advantage)
Advanced computer skills on MS Office
Fluent in French & English Languages
Can do attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to operate in a team, cooperate and interface effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization
