THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Overijssel Netherlands.
They are a production company of dairy powders and dairy nutrition and today they are looking for an R&D specialist. As a large company, they will provide you with the opportunity to develop within the company and new courses and training to improve the development within the company. They stand for healthy and safe products, which is ensured by their high quality employees and quality control.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a R&D specialist, you will be part of the R&D team with the focus on new product development and product improvement. You will work closely with the sales and marketing department and explain what the new products will entail. In addition, you will be responsible for your own projects and report to the R&D manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up new guidelines for new projects
- Develop new products of the dairy nutrition industry within the company standards
- Conduct lab tests and research to ensure safety of the product
- Follow company and external training to stay up to date within the food industry
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Bachelor of Science in food technology
- At least 5 years’ experience working within the dairy industry
- Knowledge of ingredient functionality
- Fluent in Dutch and English
