Your new role
Among the typical responsibilities, could be mentioned the insurance of compliance with standards and regulations in the manufacturing site. This includes support in managing customer complaint system, the inclusion of proper handling of escalated complaints to closure and acting as key member of the complaint handling unit: identifying complaints that required regulatory reporting, communicating them to management and completing the regulatory reports in order to track them to closure.
You would be accountable for projects or programs on a regional basis and your work will require investigating and resolving a wide variety of highly unusual conditions that carry long-term implications.
Besides, you will be expected to develop new strategies, policies, practices, methods, programs or techniques and utilize them to analyses and interpret difficult problems or situations and/or establishing new strategic direction that is site or multi-site specific.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role, you'll need to have relevant experience in Quality Management. Broad knowledge of an manufacturing/production environment, quality metrics, ISO standards (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001& OHSAS 18001) are a must-have requirement for this position.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and the profitability of the unit, as well as in-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering design and development, testing, quality and production in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment are mandatory to be successful in this role.
When it comes to personal competencies, you'll need to have the ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to meet high levels of technical requirements within tight time deadlines.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and proficient in English.
