• developing the quality management system in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008, ISO TS 16949
• planning of the quality management system for the company
• preparing, coordinating and performing audits and certifications process
• managing the quality of products, processes and services
• cooperating with the customers and suppliers
• responsible for compliance with customer requirements for projects
• processing methods to identify problems and problem-solving and the development of a quality management system alignment of the quality management system regarding the requirements of the customer and product liability
• supervision of the customer complaints, assessment of the potential failures of products during the phase
• analysis of deviations, deriving and enforcing measures in coordination with Financial, optimizing the quality cost
• management of the customer audit, control and monitoring of corrective measures and the monitoring of the effectiveness check with other departments
• preparation and reporting of the annual internal audit program in compliance with the standards and customer requirements
• reporting to Management regarding quality system plans
Requirements:• higher education degree
• at least 3 years experience on a similar position
• knowledge of: SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
• experience in project management and problem solving
• knowledge of quality management systems and the operational quality process
