- Implementation of LEAN Sigma projects in the quality department
- Leading audit teams
- Checking the production process to ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines
- At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment
- Knowledge of GMP and Quality systems
- Experience with LEAN Sigma
- Problem solving skills and proactiveness
- Good command of English and Dutch

You will be safeguarding the progress and result of the production process. You will be making sure that the requirements concerning quality are secured. Moreover, you will execute quality policies concerning staff and will lead project and audit teams and tracking their improvements along the way.Responsibilities

Requirements
- BSc in bioprocesstechnology, biochemistry or related field- At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment
- Knowledge of GMP and Quality systems
- Experience with LEAN Sigma
- Problem solving skills and proactiveness
- Good command of English and Dutch
