Our client is one of the largest manufacturer of components for automotive industry.
Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented person for Plant Quality Manager position, responsible for Quality Team and supervising the incoming inspection (reduction of technical complaints, improvement of supply quality in cooperation with the purchasing department, process audits on suppliers premises) and supervising the production process to determine the root cause of non-conforming processes and products, to prevent the further manufacture and utilization of such products / to select already manufactured products. Quality Manager will be accountable also for controlling the formulation of processes or procedures within a multinational working group of employees with the aim of installing standardised processes throughout the company, supervising the audits in other plants of group, creating reports to Plant Top Management
The ideal candidate should have higher education, at least few years of specific managerial experience (on similar positions), fluent English, must be an excellent team-oriented leader, good problem solver under high pressure situations, negotiating skills, assertiveness and analytical thinking.
