On behalf of our Client, a global outsourcing company established in Tricity, we are currently seeking a Candidate for the position of Quality Manager.
Your new role
The successful Candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing the Quality Assurance Framework for the local operation and ensure integration with Global Quality Standards and Initiatives. He or She will provide Quality Support as a shared service across BUs in terms of Process Excellence as well as 6 sigma & Lean Training, ISO, Risk, etc. The job holder will be building and maintaining Customer Confidence, developing and Communicate Quality Strategy, building a culture of Continuous Improvement and Quality Capability. He/She will also mentor Green Belts and Black Belts in their improvement projects and drive new certifications based on any additional business requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate needs to possess Black belt certification, 6 sigma and Lean training and experience at BPO/SSC organizations. What is more, the person should have excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate with external customers and senior leadership, and be detail-oriented person with analytical approach. He or she should also possess Change Management Experience and strong familiarity with Change Management Tools & Frameworks, as well as coaching and training skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and Minitab is a must.
