THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
My client, a leading service provider for the pharmaceutical industry, is currently looking for a Quality Director. The position is located in Mannheim and is to be filled immediately.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Within this position you are leading the Quality department within Europe
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the quality management team and harmonize EU quality policies in line with the quality statements
Set up an audit system to ensure consistent implementation in each location
Manage QM capacity for implementation of multi-country services customers
Act as contact point for quality related issues and represent these topics to internal and external stakeholders
Manage the interface between quality and surrounding departments
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in the field of Pharmacy or a similar natural science
Extensive knowledge of ISO and GxP regulations from both the manufacturer and distributor point of view
At least 10 years experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Several years QP experience as well proven management experience
Very good English and German language skills. More languages would be favourable
Good knowledge of ERP and QM systems
Willing to travel internationally (up to 50%)
