THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is an EVMI Food Top 100 company specialized in dairy products and lots of opportunities to grow.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for multiple laboratories, which employ 40 analysts in total. You will be responsible for testing and releasing raw ingredients, packaging materials and final products. You will directly manage 2 Laboratory Managers and 3 QC Analysts, and you will report to the Quality Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Quality Department.
- Meet and exceed the laboratories' KPI's.
- Decreasing defects and performing continuous improvement in product release.
- Troubleshooting.
- Develop a lab strategy in line with the company's strategy and act the point of contact for the Corporate Quality Department.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as a QC Manager in the dairy industry.
- Experience in a laboratory setting and product release.
