Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
Our client is specialized in the area of fine chemicals. Their most important goal is to maintain and expand their reputation of high quality standards. ROLE DESCRIPTION
For the duration of six to twelve months a quality control interim manager within this organization will maximize quality processes and opportunities in the areas of production.
As a quality control interim manager you will have to be able to assess operational systems. Examples are operational procedures and technical aspects that ensure and demonstrate the quality process for internal and external purposes. It is important to create realization throughout the organization of processes, quality and regulatory affairs. This should be done through a supportive role in which coaching and organizational behavior skills are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a quality control interim manager, you will interact with our management teams and employees frequently. In order to create awareness and alignment between processes, quality, products and teams.
• Track and resolve quality issues to achieve targets and increase revenue
• Look for ways to increase quality control within the team
• Narrow your focus on improving consistent condition of product and process
• Arrange and carry out internal audits
• Ensure a complete administration of processes and a planned improvement for the future
REQUIREMENTS
You possess affinity and knowledge of QM systems and attitude, behavioral skills in:
• ISO9001, analytical skills, GMP and SOP.
• Adapt quickly in a complex environment.
• You have convincing power, flexibility, customer focused
• A team player that is able to implement change.
• Bachelor degree in an area relevant for Quality/Chemicals
• Over five years of project experience in relevant areas
• Native Dutch and fluent English
