THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
Our client works with small and medium businesses. The organization takes pride in producing additives and resins for these businesses. They operate in the Benelux and offer a wide range of products. Their brand has established a renowned name throughout the market and created trust with their customers.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Due to the growth of their company the production site will undergo an extension. For this project a Quality Assurance freelancer will be brought on board. As Quality Assurance professional, you will be conducting this project for six months in order to extend the production site. This will include supervision of the construction on site. Transport, storage and installment of machines and raw materials. It is your task to assure that the construction maintains the highest standards of quality. Your expertise has to add value for the product and team so that after the final implementations smooth transfer to daily operations is guaranteed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the supervision of the extension project being conducted for the production site.
Having these responsibilities requires performance of the following tasks to the highest standards.
• Work in collaboration with the HSE manager to assure alignment of quality and safety.
• Implement theoretical frameworks into practice
• Prepare the constructed operation site for external audits
• Ensure that quality processes are executed optimally to control and reduce cost
• Conduct regular training programs about quality performance for production staff
• Seek opportunities to further improve customer and employee satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
In order to successfully fulfill this project you should have proven success in the following identifications:
• Bachelor degree in an area relevant for Quality/Chemicals
• Between three and five years of project experience in relevant areas
• Strong Quality process and system knowledge such as ISO 9001 and GMP
• Analytical skills to organize gap-analyses
• Execute audits and supervise daily quality operations
• Ensure compliance with SOP’s
• Asses trends for product and processes
• A charismatic and emphatic team player
