THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is a mid-sized dairy manufacturer.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for the quality on the site and the correct implementation of Group QA policies. This is a stand-alone position for a QA specialist looking for a second or third step in their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the company produces according to the quality system.
- Doing inspection rounds and audits.
- Follow up on audit results, blocked products and trend analyses.
- Handling customer complaints and queries.
- Cooperate with Engineering and Production on continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Food Quality Management, or similar.
- At least 5 years experience with Quality Assurance in the food industry.
- Experience with dairy is an asset.
- Experience with HACCP, FSSC 22000 and GFSI norms.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
