THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Flevoland Netherlands.
They are a growing global organization and a world leader in life sciences research and laboratory productivity, operating in over 50 countries. They offer innovative technologies, comprehensive support and purchasing convenience trough their main brands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will supervise and manage the Quality Management System and other Quality Systems. To make sure you have continuous improvement you will promote processes with all the departments so you can work consistent and compliant. You will make sure to give the customers a high level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will monitor the performance and trends in the reports and make nonconformance reports.
Ability to perform internal audits and use them as a proactive tool for improvement and compliance.
- Identification and implementation of root cause and take preventive actions
- Measuring and monitoring of KPI’s
- Make your contribution to the success of the QA team and the sites
- Participate in de GSD Quality organization
- Make sure of QMS improvements and take CAPA actions
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc / MSc Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, USDA requirements and QMS
- Dutch and English (fluent spoken and written)
- QA/ Auditing experience within the pharmaceutical, chemical or manufacturing industry
- Trackwise and Statistical Software or comparable experience
- Recognize deviation from requirements and standard practice and understand associated risks
