THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zeeland Netherlands.
It is a family-owned company with multiple product lines and produces both fresh and frozen products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for product safety and quality across different production lines. You will also contribute to various continuous improvement projects and manage the QA Department, which consists of 2 Quality Officers. You are a member of the Management Team and will report directly to the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the QA Department (2 fte).
- Responsible for product quality and safety and maintaining quality standards.
- Advising the MT on QA-related issues.
- Maintaining relations with external parties and coordinating external audits.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as QA Manager in the food industry.
- Experience in the meat or fishery industry is an asset.
- Experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC and IFS.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required; German and/or French is an asset.
