THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
The company is a pharmaceutical CMO that operates globally. The company culture is professional and cosmopolitan.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be the quality manager for the entire plant located Antwerp. You will be the QA representative for both internal affairs (QC and production) and external (regulatory authorities and customers). You will have skills in people management but also a hands-on mentality when needed and able to work inter-disciplinary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve the quality and safety mentality within the company
- Improve and maintain quality systems based on GMP/GDP
- Report to customers and regulatory authorities
- Provide GMP training to the production and other relevant departments department
- Enhance the audit program and validation plans
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor is a must and a Master is preferred
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Minimum of 5-10 years of people management experience
- Change management skills and pro-active attitude
- Quality improvement ánd business minded
- Native or fluent in Dutch and English
