THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brabant Flamand Belgium.
The company is one of the largest players in the bakery industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As QA Manager, you are responsible for maintaining a high standard of product quality and food safety. You are a strong communicator who takes corrective and preventive actions, as well as train staff members, to ensure this. You will also manage relations with customers and authorities, and you need to have a strong customer focus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing corporate QA policies on the site.
- Managing certifications and following up on food safety issues.
- Conducting internal audits and managing external audits.
- Handling customers, including questionnaires and complaints.
- Training local staff members.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in Bio-Engineering or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as QA Manager in the food industry.
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Experience with coaching teams and staff on food safety issues.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
