THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Flevoland Netherlands.
They are a professional pharmaceutical that strive for a dynamic work environment with numerous possibilities to grow. They independently produce generic medicine where service and quality according to pharmaceutical regulatory standards are put first.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be leading a team of Quality Assurance Managers and officers and will generally be responsible for decision-making and implementation concerning the quality policies. Moreover, you will be responsible for the release of high-quality products and will be reporting to the quality director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepping, executing and evaluating both internal and external audits
- Complaint handling and CAPA
- Compliance of GMP/GLP regulations and making sure these are pursued
- Preparation of the release of products and setting up quality improvement plans
- Being actively involved in the management and production teams and their projects
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. in life science-related field
- Registered Qualified Person
- 5+ years of experience in a QA function within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent GMP knowledge
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Solution-oriented and excellent communication skills
