- Continue to develop the quality and regulatory systems by ensuring a common understanding and implementation in animal nutrition and health business in Western Europe
- Coordinate standards and assist in development and review of Quality (Q) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) work processes and changes
- Foster an efficient and active exchange between Western European countries and regional premix management
- Confidently and competently represent the company’s Q and RA approach to the external world by adding value to the customers and ensuring a sustainable future and “raise the bar” of quality in a customer relevant way
- Secure Q and RA compliance including coverage of product safety, ensure that appropriate risk mitigation is in place
- Participate in professional associations, international industry/trade groups and relevant standards organisations
- Knowledge and experience of quality-regulatory systems and operational best-practice, preferably within powder technology, premix, feed compounding or the food industry and understanding of the animal nutritional and health business
- Inspiring and highly committed personality
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and documentation skills
- Strategic thinking and sense for practical solutions
- Strong sense of communication and good team working skills

Requirements
- University degree in natural sciences, feed/food technology or quality-regulatory management with several years of experience in an operation or quality-regulatory role- Knowledge and experience of quality-regulatory systems and operational best-practice, preferably within powder technology, premix, feed compounding or the food industry and understanding of the animal nutritional and health business
- Inspiring and highly committed personality
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and documentation skills
- Strategic thinking and sense for practical solutions
- Strong sense of communication and good team working skills
