In reference of the continuous development of one of our clients, an international producer for automotive industry, OTTO Polska is looking for the Candidates interested in the job offer:

Job description:

Implementation and follow up of the European quality plan in accordance with the quality operations plan in line with the business strategy authorised by the direction.
Meet the targets for the quality department.
Define Specific Customer Quality planning and requirements.
Translate the targets to departmental objectives and personal objectives.
Customer relationship management (OEM) on quality issues, analysis and commitments, where required handling of third party involvement.
Translation of customer requirements into company’s products, process and systems.
Define lessons learned and give input to design rules.
Secure PRP adherence with the respective quality reviews and approvals.
Project milestone monitoring using APQP ground rules.
Assure the quality and manufacturability of the product with the respective tools and techniques for determination of the maturity.
Guarantee new launches (26 weeks pre-SOP).
Secure APQP planning and submittal of PPAP documentation in accordance with respective customer requirements.
Champion customer audits.
Optimizing customer satisfaction.
Champion solving customer complaints, where necessary involving the extended supply chain.
Support Customer Focused teams in root cause analyse and solutions for technical complex problems.
Maintain high customer satisfaction results based on customer expectations.
Financial handling of quality issues, monitoring the budget, define actions when budget thread is identified.
Adherence in regards of development to the automotive standards.
Stimulate and support during realization of continues improvement activities during development and industrialization of projects (lean projects for quality).

What do we expect from you?

You have a BsC or MsC degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
At least 5 years of work experience within the Quality field, preferably within the automotive industry.
Experience with project work and preferably with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
As a professional you have a service/customer oriented approach with good analytical and organizational skills. In your work you focus on results and you are able to manage your planning and set priorities.
You strive to achieve maximal customer satisfaction and you are able to communication effectively with the customer. Therefore, you have strong communication skills and you are able to communicate on all levels within the organization.
You are stress resistant and you are able to work independently, accurate and well structured.
Good command of the English, both verbal and written. German will be an asset but is not necessary.
