Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flevoland Netherlands.
The company manufactures specialized meat products for the B2B industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE policy in 4 production sites. You will assist the Corporate QHSE Manager and act as the Corporate QHSE Manager when the latter is absent. This position combines both operational and strategic responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and improving QHSE policy and aligning it with Corporate QHSE policy.
- Obtaining and retaining relevant environmental permits, certifications and export licences.
- Drafting RI&E reports, HACCP reports and annual reports, among others.
- Conducting and supporting internal and external audits, both domestically and internationally.
- Maintaining relations with authorities, suppliers and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO Food Technology or University degree.
- At least 5 years of experience with QHSE in the food industry, preferably in meat.
- Experience with HACCP, IFS and BRC.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required; German is a plus.
- In possession of Dutch driver's licence B and own car.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-20%).
