The Company

Our client is a Pharmaceutical company producing in a GMP environment.

Role Description

You will be leading and advising 5 Quality Assurance Officers and you are also responsible for ensuring GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

- Review and approve batch records
- Participating in audits and the implementation afterwards
- CAPA's Deviations and change controls
- Write, review and approve quality documents
- Responsible for guiding and leading the QA officers
- Training and testing employees on the production floor;
- Responsible for validations and checks;

Requirements

- Preferably a MSc in Life Science
- 2/3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Good knowledge of GMP
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; preferably also in Dutch
