THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
The company is a large player in the food ingredients sector, providing a wide range of products to the food industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The QA Service Manager is a dedicated QA Manager to the company's clients. He or she will assist the Sales Department with client visits and provides the Sales Managers with technical knowledge. The goal is to balance the client's needs against the company's needs and negotiate standards that both satisfy the client and are practicable for the internal organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of QA Officers.
- Manage client queries and demands and translate these into internal processes.
- Review and develop the QA system in accordance with client demands.
- Responsible for specifications of incoming and outgoing products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Food Quality Management or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience with QA in the food industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and IFS.
- Experience with client standards is an asset.
- Strong experience with auditing, Lead Auditor certificate is an asset.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must; fluency in German and/or French is an asset.
