Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company is specialized in premium meat products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The QA/R&D Manager manages both the Quality Department and the R&D Department and is responsible for product quality of new and existing products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Quality and R&D Departments.
- Ensure product quality compliant with quality systems.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Ensure NPD processes and products conform to quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as a QA Manager, some years of experience with R&D.
- Experience with ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, IFS.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
