THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company is a large player in vegetable produce and is rapidly expanding.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for all quality-related affairs in the factory. The QA/QC Manager translates the company's Quality policies to the factory floor and helps develop long-term plans. The QA/QC Manager is part of the Management Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining quality systems and ensuring food safety.
- Handling deviations and authorizing release of products.
- Developing and implementing ideas for product and process improvement.
- Coordinating pest control.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO Food Technology or similar.
- At least years of experience with Quality Assurance within the Food industry.
- Experience with ISO 22000 and BRC.
- Knowledge of production processes and experience with continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
