THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
It is specialized in confectionary products and owns several well-known brands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for product quality compliant with quality systems and legislation. The Quality Assurance Manager will manage a team of Quality Officers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the Quality Department.
- Maintaining quality systems and translating these into practical work instructions.
- Implementing clients' quality wishes.
- Conducting internal audits, supporting external audits.
- Continuously improving products and processes.
- Responsible for formulations and product specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as QA Manager in the Food industry.
- Experience with BRC, IFS, GMP+ and HACCP.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required; German is a bonus.
