Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company is specialized in frozen foods and operates internationally.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the Quality Department and a plant of 50 employees. This is a good opportunity for talented QA Specialists looking for a second or third step in their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining the quality management system and translating BRC and IFS guidelines into practical work instructions.
- Managing the QA Department.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Conducting internal audits, supporting external audits.
- Maintaining supplier relations.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO Food Technology or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance, preferably in a leadership position.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC and IFS.
- Experience with internal audits, experience with external audits is a plus.
- Experience with SAP or similar.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required, fluency in German is a plus.
- Driver's licence B is a plus.
