THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
My client, an innovative and international busy company in the pharmaceutical industry, is currently looking for a QA Manager. The position is located in the greater Konstanz area and is to be filled immediately.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role as QA manager you'll be representing the company to business partners in Quality matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility of negotiating Quality Agreements with 3rd parties
Maintenance and further development of the local QMS
Responsibility for risk reviews and decisions based on the Product Quality reviews, complaint investigations or other supplier based deviations
Change Control Coordination between internal and external stakeholders
Participation in audits and quality meetings to secure compliance
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or an equal natural science
Multiple years' relevant experience in a GMP-regulated environment
Very good knowledge of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and/or Quality Control as well as GMP regulations
Very good language skills in English and German (verbal and written)
Ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams as well as very good negotiation skills
