For our Client, well-known international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of a QA Lead.
Your new role
Holding this role you will perform intensive data analysis testing between source system data and data transmitted to the target global standard identity access management tool, identify any issues which may result in ineffective key controls, investigate and report issues according to procedures and maintain ownership through to resolution as well as research, evaluate and identify Identity & Access Management enhancement opportunities to maintain or surpass industry standards, such as improved automation. Moreover, you will also assist with developing and implementing Identity & Access Management strategies and identify potential security exposures of the business and recommend corrective action.
What you'll need to succeed
As a QA Lead you need to possess experience working in Identity Access Management, past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. experience working in and knowledge of Access Management in a financial environment, past working experience on relevant systems, i.e. Mainframe, UNIX and Databases as well as strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills. Experience in people management of a team up to 20 people and budget management is also required. Very good English is a must.
