For our client, we are looking for QA Engineer (about 5 years experience)
This role is key to the testing and improvementproducts which forms the basis for having a consistent and high-quality product. It requires strong technical skills coupled with resilience, enthusiasm, and drive. Strong collaboration with team is required, as well as a can-do and attitude and attention to details.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Agile software testing process with regular QA meetings to discuss major features of applications.
2. A drive to deliver products of the highest quality.
3. Work in sync with internal and offshore teams to develop and execute test plans, manual and automations testing.
4.Collaborate with developers to identify gaps, report, and resolve defects, and track software changes to ensure the quality of developed applications.
5. Participate in the product release delivery process.
6. Review and gain a solid understanding of the architecture of the Endpoint server backup product.
7. Develop test cases and test environments, review Technical Requirements, create IT Design documents, and manage Test Cases.
8. Performing of functional, Regression, Performance, Load, Stress, Security and Integration testing of App for iOS, Desktop, Android, Web platforms and backend server.
9. Plan, create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, and scripts for verification of software functionality, security, load, performance, etc.
10. Learn, grow, and develop in a team of motivated and highly driven professionals.
11. Any other functions, in addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, reasonably required by the line manager.
Experience / Skills
1. 5+ year of experience testing against multiple operating systems & browsers (Mobile OS, Mac/Windows/Linux Desktop and Server).
2. Deep experience in Mobile and Web application test automation and integration tests.
3. Experience working in an agile/Scrum team environment and related tools.
4. Strong team player with the ability to work productively in a team as well as individually.
5. Understand client-server or web application architecture and programs.
6. Understand relational database schemas and be able to write SQL queries for data validation. Understand and decipher Stored Procedures.
7. Good understand of No-SQL Databases.
8. Technologies used: Java, XUnit frameworks, Selenium, Appium, bash, JMeter, Target Process, Jenkins, Android, iOS, Perl, Python, UNIX/LINUX.
