THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany.
My client, a world leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, currently looking for a QA Director. The position is located in the greater Düsseldorf area and is to be filled immediately.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As QA Director you'll have the strategical and operational responsibility within the Quality department people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility over quality assurance functions, systems and procedures.
Responsibility over establishing relevant policies, practices, procedures to assure that the released products are manufactured under cGMP requirements
Directing QA management of discrepancies and assuring timely investigations, resolution of issues and implementation of CAPA measures
Overseeing change and document control processes
Representing the company in external regulatory inspections
REQUIREMENTS
PhD degree in either a natural sciences or in a technical field
Multiple years of experience in a quality assurance unit in a GMP-regulated enviroment
Good cGMP experience and knowledge of QA/QC/manufacturing as well as regulatory compliance (US and EU)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
