THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
For a growing international company in the food industry I am currently looking for a talented and ambitious Quality Assurance Leader on a Project base for 6- 12 months.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Strong technical and communication skills are essential in this role. The candidate will be in a team with two other global directors and so you will not have direct reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership to check QA standards and to assess quality in a right and consistent way on all plants globally.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Food science, chemicals, micro biology or related background degree
- 8> years experience in QA environment.
- Extensive experience with implementing change programs
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, self-confident integrity
- Talent as a trainer on giving employees the right quality mind-set and quality tools.
