Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.

And one of the most successful companies in the dairy industry globally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Global role with sometimes travelling, around 10-20%. Project for at least 8-9 months. In the role you drive improvement projects with manufacturing sites, risk assessment capabilities to prevent consumer/customer dissatisfaction. For this role you have to be pro-active and organized.

The goal is to develop consumer excellence/satisfaction performence.

You have to be innovative, open, pro active and more important build community and effective networks, have reporting and analytical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reporting and analysis of complaints for global quality and business purposes. Develop a new global complaints report.
- Animate global consumer connection community with all the company standards
- Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes and standards for consumer connection processes (consumer service, consumer preference, sampling, laboratory testing, others)
- Drive Continuous Improvement of products with business, factories and R&D and define process to assure quality requirements for global launches and projects.
- Work closely with the Crisis Manager, Global Food Safety assuring quality crisis readiness of business teams (traceability, complaint management, issue handling).

REQUIREMENTS

- Master degree in Food, Innovation, Consumer
- Min. 8 years of Quality experience, 3 years of leading a team
- Experience in cross functional working
- Area's of expertise: Consumer service, complaints handling, Crisis Management, IT Applications, Product Launches, Food Manufacturing
