For our Client, a global organization that develops its Procurement team in Warsaw, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Purchasing Team Leader.
The hired person will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 Indirect Buyers responsible for procurement activities within facility management categories. He/She will execute strategies and supervise category spend in the region as well as will aim for savings delivery and quality optimization (hard savings, cost avoidance, value adds etc). The scope of duties will also include supporting global and regional sourcing initiatives, ensuring that all contracting standards are maintained and managing supplier relationships.
We are looking for Candidates with at least two years of experience in global or regional procurement role in the position of Senior Buyer/Team Leader managing small teams and having good knowledge of indirect categories (preferably Facility Management, Professional Services, Outsourcing). To succeed in this role you will need excellent negotiation and analytical skills, good knowledge of SAP/Ariba systems and fluent command of English (another European foreign language would be an advantage).
