Purchase To Pay Specialists with German/DutchMiejsce pracy: Łódź
The PtP Specialist will be responsible for the Purchase-to-Pay process, providing correct bookings and reporting, and coordinating activities between external providers and the local organization.
Duties:
Coordinate and monitor the entire PtP process.
Liaise with Company Businesses and third party suppliers as appropriate.
Propose and execute further PtP process improvements.
Coordinate local accounts payable and expenses activities
Provide relevant reporting, validate data and analytics.
Profile:
Up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules.
Experience in IFRS accounting and bookkeeping in the international company.
University graduate with 3+ years of work experience.
Computer literacy essential, esp. excellent command of MS Excel.
Understanding of SAP is a must.
Fluent English and German or Dutch; knowledge of Polish not required.
