Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, Philip Morris International in Poland, we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
Purchase-to-Pay Platform Analyst

Location: Kraków
• Review Procurement eCatalogues and migrate them into the new platform
• Analyse opportunities to develop new eCatalogues
• Consult Procurement teams to define buying channels for different subcategories of spend
• Collect and review contracts´ metadata and prepare them for migration into the new platform
• Collect and review data on preferred suppliers per subcategory
Requirements:• Experience in analysing data
• At least basic knowledge of Procurement processes
• Very Good command of English (at least C1 level) allowing fluent day-to-day cooperation with English based team.
• Good command of Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Curiosity and readiness for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to create and proofread content
