Responsibilities:
- Performing and supervising tasks related to services provided in area of liabilities, payments, AP reporting and employee settlements for more than a dozen companies across Europe,
- Preparing reports and analyzes following both needs of internal (SSC) and external clients,
- Controlling over correctness of financial transactions evidence,
- Improving accounting processes with a focus on increase in the quality of financial and accounting processes, efficiency and the level of customer’s satisfaction.
- Managing, motivating and dedicating substantive support to 10+ team of accountants,
- Taking care for increased competence and skills of subordinate employees,
- Effectively delegating of tasks and responsibilities within the team,
- Building and maintaining positive business relationships with internal/external clients.
Requirements:
- Higher education (economic profile),
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and finance departments,
- Minimum 1-year experience in managing a team of accountants (or proven abilities in this direction),
- Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and individual team members to achieve stated/ designated goals,
- Ability to make independent decisions,
- Very good English skills (min. B2 level) - knowledge of another language would be an advantage,
- Outstanding communication skills,
- Experience gained within an SSC structures will be a big advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) and SAP or other ERP class program.
