PTP Senior Specialist needed for a Swiss based luxury company in its Tricity subsidiary.
Your new role
As a part of the PTP team you will be responsible for processing payments for operating expenses and other supplier charges as well as expense reimbursement in compliance with company policies and procedures and other reporting requirements. The job holder is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 year experience at PTP/P2P/AP department and preferably BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records is essential. What is more, the person on this position would need proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must, German would be an asset.
