THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
The company is working in multiple countries where they are committed to improving health. They are devoted to pharmaceutical innovation and in this way challenge diseases where there is currently no medicine.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will interact on scientific level health care professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs). You will cover medical congresses and support research. Moreover, you will provide medical support partners in collaboration with Medical Affairs Manager. The latest scientific information you will give an update on concerning the allocated products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, communicate and maintain scientific knowledge of the client's medical products in different therapeutic areas
- Identify investigator initiated studies of retrospective reviews
- Develop a long-term collaboration with opinion leaders and institutes within Belgium
- Participate in important conferences and meetings to represent the client
- Deliver presentations/speeches at internal meetings, external scientific meetings and staff meetings
- Focus on external activities is 75% en internal activities 25%
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor degree in life science related field,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry,
- Experience and knowledge in a MSL position is preferred,
- Excellent communication and writing skills in French, English and Dutch.
