Project Manager

Challenging role for an experienced Project Manager to join Natek and work for one of the world’s largest investment banks. Being a part of this project you will have the chance to perform
a variety of project management and business analysis tasks.
Playing a lead role in the execution of multiple strategic projects you will cooperate closely with Program Manager, technology teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Key role objectives:
- Coordinate, plan, execute, control and communicate the project work assigned to the team
- Being responsible for cost alocations and control of the project budget
- Managing project team and project phases, tasks or work streams to closure
- Creating and maintaining detailed project plans for team members and summary project plans for presentations to stakeholders
- Driving the requirements gathering by working with users to define scope of project
- Proactively identifying and managing issues to full resolution
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills and broad knowledge about IT project management
- Minimum 4 years of extensive project management experience
- Advance knowledge of project management tools for planning, status reporting, resource management, financials
- Technology skills – strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and processes (compute, storage, databases, application, hosting, networks)
- Analytical problem solving skills and decision making
- Great communication and project leadership skills
- Advanced English is essential
- Banking or financial industry experience is highly desirable
