For our Client, international media company we are looking for the person for the position of Project Manager for fixed term contract (6-8 months).
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for project management regarding a relocation of the company. Project Manager will liaise between local and global real estate department, as well with external providers. The main duties on this position include: coordination of all administrative issues connected with relocation, cooperation with developer, architect and transport company. The person on this position will also manage agreements and other necessary documents, as well coordinate the budget.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for the Candidates who have relevant experience in similar projects, like to arrange spaces, have architecture acumen and are able to work for fixed period of time. The right Candidate should be well – organized, detail – oriented, proactive, creative and initiative. Fluent English is a must for a daily basis usage in cooperation with HQ in USA. The organization is open for B2B agreement.
