Job description
For our customer we are looking for candidate to join a team of world-class technical experts whose main focus is to help customers deploy and operate their networks effectively while delivering the best possible customer experience. Our success is validated through outstanding financial results, increasing customer satisfaction metrics, and industry recognition and employee satisfaction scores.
Project Manager role is crucial in the delivery of our cross-functional analysis for customers across EMEAR.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, communicate and document all aspects of the specific project
- Engage with Operations Lead to agree on key projects to manage and main focus areas
- Work closely with management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support
- Define the delivery of project requirements by working with stakeholders to identify expectations, timelines and risks
- Plan and monitor engagements of Business Analysts, highlight risks to Operations Lead
- Create and maintain methodology of documentation and best practices
- Communicate progress of engagements to all stakeholders on a regular basis
Wymagania
Requirements
- Proven (at least 4 years) project management experienced, ideally in an IT based role
- Business level fluent English
- ITIL certification preferred but not mandatory
- PMP, Prince II or other project management certification welcomed
- Presentation and collaboration skills
- Experience of working across multiple geographies and with multi-disciplined teams, to integrate processes
- Team player
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Forward-thinking, innovative and proactive attitude
