Location: Krakow based with interaction with EMEA and Global teams.
Job type: Contract B2B
Length: 6 months+ prolongation
Rate: 800 - 980 PLN/Manday B2B+vat
Position Description:
The Project Manager will be required to manage a small data centre relocation in the Netherlands.
The candidate should have experience in project management of implementing corporate data networks.
The candidate should have experience in project managing server relocations and building out of Data Centre environments.
The candidate will ideally have an understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity practices.
This person will focus on ensuring changes to IT processes, systems and technology; job roles and organization structures have appropriate plans and agreed schedules for delivery.
Previous experience driving planned IT activity across multiple countries and cultures is essential.
An understanding of the principles of SOX compliance would be beneficial.
Experience of the Insurance industry is not required.

- Apply a structured project management approach to develop plans and schedules
- Collaborate with Programme leads based in the UK and US – operate as a Global team with Regional deployment
- Track financial targets to ensure costs are managed within budget and forecast savings are realized
- Manage inter-dependencies between projects and programs
- Work within a specific regime and tool set to manage, control and report on projects.
- Produce all relevant status reporting into Stakeholders and Steering committees
- Manage communications between multiple countries ensuring requirements and deliveries remain on target
- Manage and track and activities of project resources in the UK and across EMEA

Education:
- Preferable to Degree level, but not mandatory given significant experience in the areas outlined below.

- Experience of working within a multi-vendor environment, within the context of a global environment.
- The ability to communicate and operate effectively in a global environment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
