Your new role
You will be a part of a team that plans, mobilises and directs projects of medium to high complexity and scale from definition to closure. Within this position you will be responsible for promoting and taking accountability for project quality, identifying and sharing the resource requirements of the project and planning and optimising the plan effectively to maximise benefits and minimise risk. You will be also proactively monitoring project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle. Types of projects vary from regulatory change implementation, business change, transaction projects, and system implementation to process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders in different countries, experience in project tracking, reporting and governance and with knowledge of Project Management tools. Candidates should have banking industry knowledge and fluency in financial and budget management. Fluent English is also required (C1 level). Proven project management qualification (PMP, MSP) will be an asset.
