At the moment we are looking for:

- Manage global, internal IT projects in close cooperation with Program Manager and Project Sponsor
- Ensure highest quality change management and proper communication with internal business clients, stakeholders, key-users to minimize the impact of implemented changes
- Direct cooperation with external vendors
- IT project plan, budget management, ensure adequate staffing and resource availability to provide expected performance
- Coordinate work of teams (developers, testers, business analyst, supports) which would be geographically disperse
- Provide timely and adequate deployment process (including testing if are required)
- Set-up project management best practices
- Prepare and deliver presentations and represent the project at steering meetings and working groups with IT and the business
- At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager in international IT environment
- Experience in conducting at least two global IT projects in Project Manager role is must
- Strong working knowledge of development processes and application lifecycle in complex technical environments
- Knowledge of IT service management concepts, working experience with PMI is must. Other project management methodologies would be a plus
- Excellent IT management skills (negotiation, consensus building, project planning, time management skills, etc.)
- Fluent English knowledge is a must
- Team player and leadership skills
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
