For our Client, an international manufacturing company we are looking for a Project Manager who will join its structures in Gorzów Wielkopolski and will have the potential for further management development.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the primary purpose of the position is to conduct and coordinate plant extension in Gorzów Wielkopolski and maintain sound and long-term relations with leading multinational automotive customers. That will be connected with cooperation with the local authorities as well as construction and renovation of production halls and production equipment. Moreover, the scope of duties of that person will also include cooperation with suppliers, external companies in Gorzow and the sister plants in Germany. He/she will not only implement and maintain the high quality standards at the new production lines but also build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the operation. And the last but not least, assuring and maintaining safe and healthful working conditions while enforcing safety rules and regulations are also a part of Project Manager obligations.
To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years of leadership experience within project management in engineering or production and Technical University Degree (as mechanical engineer or chemical engineer or similar faculties) or equivalent education. Fluent command of Polish and German required. However, the Candidates with only English language speaking skills will be also taken into consideration. The knowledge of automotive or textile industry will be treated as an additional asset. We are looking for result oriented professionals with leadership/management drive and executional strength as well as a dynamic and challenging personality. Additionally, a perfect candidate is a person who is well- able to work in a team within all level in organization and has great communication skills.
