- leading projects (specifications, schedules, budgets, work planning)
- being responsible for resource planning and managing progress
- identifying issues and defining the impact on the projects in terms of time, cost and quality
- implementing the company policies?and?procedures?in project management
- managing project risk at proposal stage and throughout the project
- managing temporary project teams
- understanding and exceeding the customers’ expectations
- 4+ years experience of working as a Project Manager/Leader
- excellent problem solving and analytical skills
