For our Client, who is US corporation providing services in the field of risk management, insurance, consulting and outsourcing in the area of human capital management, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Network Services. This is global company project which concerns the unification of existing solutions and implementation of new ones.
Your mission:
This position supports the delivery of project services within the Network Services area. The role of PM is responsible for:
- Scope management:
- Creates a scope that is accepted by all project stakeholders
- Manages changes to scope according to PMI standards and internal specific practices
- Financial management:
- Develop and maintains a budget for the project
- Manages changes to the budget according to PMI standards and internal specific practices
- Orders all equipment, circuits and professional services needed to complete a project
- Able to provide financial summary reporting related to the work being done in the Network Services area
- Schedule management:
- Develops and maintains a schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
- Manages changes to the schedule according to PMI standards and internal specific practices
- Risk, Issue and Change management:
- Develops and maintains risk, issue and change logs
- Develops and maintain risk and issue strategies
- Reports on risks, issues and changes according to PMI standards and internal specific practices
- Resource management:
- Assembling project team
- Assigning individual responsibilities and enforcing accountability
- Communicating with resource managers about duration of assignments and changes to requirements
- Document management:
- Maintains standard project management documentation and metrics

- Identifies and champions work efficiencies that result in service improvements as well as hours and money savings
- Builds strong relationships with the various Technology teams engaged on a daily basis
- Understands the Network Services products and service offerings and is able to connect clients with key SME's

Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- At least 4 years of project management experience
- Strong background within infrastructure (networks, security devices, circuits, etc.) required
- Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations through recognition of dependencies
- Solid foundation in using the Microsoft Office suite to produce the metric and status reporting required
