For one of our Clients, new SSC in Poznań, Randstad Finance is currently looking for a hands-on and process-oriented Finance Specialists for the position of:
project manager (SSC)

Responsibilities:
- Identify new areas of cooperation with current customers, present to the customers, and continue to grow business in the future.
- Identify opportunities for additional services. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Plan approaches and pitches-work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Help manage existing customers and continuously increase customer satisfaction
- Prepare, present and negotiate with customers new solutions and new services meeting the customers’ future needs.
- Set up meetings between customers and Shared Service Managers, prepare business cases.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Active Marketing of SSCs services, culture and successes internally and within Truck & Bus Group
- Be responsible for all aspects of a project from the design stage through to completion and handover to the customer
- Good knowledge of the SSC market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance or business management), Experience within a SSC with developing new services and customer relationship management or in a Consulting company in the area of Shared Services,
- Good experience in project management and coordination
- Strong in customer connection and customer services
- Sensitivity for service oriented working
- Fast understanding of business processes and the relation to the company value chain
- Sensitivity to "Customers" approach
- Ability for detailed understanding and focused solutions
- High communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
- A good understanding of marketing principles
